Travel Sketching

I don’t know about you but I drag supplies along on every trip I take. Been doing it for years. Sadly, it rarely makes it out of the suitcase! Who has time to sketch when you’re taking in all the sights? Of course I always have good intentions of creating these wonderful sketches from my trip when I get home. Again, rarely happens. This time, just to warm up (and because I can’t wait to go), I did this one ahead of time. We will be visiting the charming village of Castle Come in the Cotswolds during our visit to the UK so to get a little glimpse of some scenery, I tapped into Google Earth, played around with the street scene arrows and….
